The end of harvest for vintage is a reflective time. Each year the vines adapt to climate variations and environment changes, and the fruit harvested shapes flavour and structure of the wine in different ways. In Europe, each vintage released is eagerly anticipated and cherished for its difference to the ones before.
This End of Harvest event will give our Club Reserva Members unique insight into how the 2019 vintage has shaped the wine to come; all the while tasting wine from our current and past vintage releases.
A private 4-course dinner with matching Weathercraft wines will take place on Friday, 29th March (circa 7pm) at one of our favourite hatted restaurants, ‘Elyros’ in Camberwell.
This is one of the first of our ‘Melbourne Chef Series’ events and is a private, invitation only dinner for Club Reserva members and friends of Weathercraft.
