Your evening begins in the courtyard with seasonal canapés and a welcome tipple, before settling in for a multi-course menu curated by the talentedPaul SzeligiewiczandBrandon Poudel—a dynamic duo celebrated for turning local produce into elegant, flavour-driven plates.

Each dish will be paired with Weathercraft’s new release wines, including the2024 Barrel-Fermented Albariño, 2024 Pinot Gris, and the 2024 Amphora Blanco—a distinctive Albariño-Chardonnay blend fermented in clay amphorae.

You’ll also beamong the very first to taste our newly released 2024 Weathercraft Chardonnay—a wine we’re proud to debut at this special event.

As the sun sets over beautiful North East Victoria, the evening concludes with adecadent cheese course, served alongside your choice of a glass ofOne Acre Project Syrah, or asneak peek tasting of the2022 One Acre Project Tempranillo, not due for release until 2026.

Throughout the night,winemaker Raquel Joneswill be your host, guiding you through each wine and sharing the stories behind the craft in a relaxed, welcoming setting.
