Beyond Organic.

At Weathercraft, we see soil not just as a foundation, but as a living force. Our approach goes beyond organic principles, embracing biological farming — a philosophy that nurtures soil health as the heart of vine vitality. Rather than reacting to problems, we focus on building resilience from the ground up, creating an environment where vines, fruit, and wine naturally flourish. The result is wine that speaks clearly of place, season, and craftsmanship — an honest reflection of the land we tend with care.

"Our vineyard is home to around 10,000 vines — and each season, I lay hands on every one of them at least three times, often more. From pruning and cane laying to leaf plucking, bunch thinning, wire tucking and harvesting, each vine is managed by hand. It’s not just about vigilance — it’s about connection. This deep, physical involvement gives the wine I make every chance to express the best of the season, the site, and the integrity of its raw ingredient." -Raquel Jones, Viticulturist & Winemaker
